I have been using the reusable shopping bags purchased from the grocery stores, why should I buy another?

What is Takui bag made out of and is it environmental friendly?
Takui bag is made of 100% ripstop polyester which is a category of polymers. The material is very durable and strong, resist mold and mildew, easy to wash, and quick to dry. Our design team has carefully weighted the pros and cons when choosing the suitable material for Takui.

If you plan to shop grocery once in your life, using plastic bag would be more environmentally sound. However, the chances are using Takui bags or other reusable shopping bags will prevent you from using and throwing away countless plastic bags.The catch is, you have to use it. Keep them in your pockets, purses, glove compartments and etc., for your planned and unexpected errands. It is a collective efforts between you and Takui to make the planet greener.
Why aren't Takui bags made of recycled polyester (RPET)?
Our design team has researched on the use of recycled polyester (RPET). We have weighted the pros and cons for using RPET. Currently, the technology exists in manufacturing RPET is not fully matured, resulting in a more costly process. As such, we would not be able to pass on savings to consumers.
Why isn’t there an extra pouch for Takui bag?
Takui bag is designed to be simple and easy to use. The Company's goal is effectively utilize materials and eliminate unnecessary packaging; thereby reducing waste. This is how Takui defines “quality”.
How much is shipping?
We have researched on different means and shipping charges in Canada and we've found that shipping via Canada Post or FedEx Ground is the most economical. For direct retail sales, shipping charge will be a flat rate of $8 with Ontario addresses; for all other provinces and territories, shipping charge will be a flat rate of $12. When purchase 10 or more Takui bags, there will be no shipping charges within Canada. Many customers have purchased them as gifts. We encourage our customers to take advantage of the free shipping program by combining their orders with friends / colleagues / families; in the effort of reducing shipping materials to the environment as well. How much is shipping for international customers?
Currently, we are shipping to the United States of America only.  The shipping charge is a flat rate of $15 and free shipping when purchase 10 or more Takui bags. We are in discussion with different channels to expand our presence internationally.
What is your return or refund policy?
It will be unlikely that you do not like Takui bags. We would be sad and disappointed. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the bags to us with proof of receipt within 14 days from the date of purchase, we will give you a full refund based on the original invoice (on the merchandise amount only).
